In the warmer months, you can find me exploring the outdoors in my 1981 orange camper van affectionately named Stan. I'm an avid hiker, backpacker, trail runner & adventure enthusiast. I fell in love with photography as I travelled around the world, and continued to expand my creative expression once back in Canada.
Today, my greatest joy is capturing your authenticity and vulnerability. I believe there is tremendous power in having the courage to be real. My goal is to stand beside you as you express your truest self. Whether it's helping you plan and commemorate your one-of-a-kind elopement, creating a portrait session that totally encapsulates your individuality, or capturing the intimacy of your connections with your person, my heart is jumping for joy.

It’s incredibly difficult to face the parts of ourselves that we don’t love, so instead we present a version of us we believe the world wants to see. We avoid being real because that makes us vulnerable, and photography is the biggest reinforcement of this facade.
So in 2021, I decided to become a part of the solution. I picked up my camera and realized I could help in this one small & simple way:
Why did I choose photography? Why do I wake up every day excited to pick up my camera? Because photography has been hijacked! It's so often used to portray an illusion of perfection, slowly eroding our self confidence & making us feel like we aren't enough. After graduating with a degree in neuropsychology in 2015, I slowly started understanding why mental wellness is so difficult. We spend so much of our time and energy trying to be something we're not - striving for achievements we don't even want, changing our bodies and faces to look a certain way, saying yes when we want to say no. Why do we do this?
Every act of authenticity subtly gives permission for others to show up authentically too. The more we have the courage to be real, the more we inspire others to be real too.
So let's make this world a better place, together. Let's show our kids it's okay to be ourselves. Let's heal each other by dropping the facade of perfection and showing up with all our flaws. Let's scream from the rooftops that we are perfectly imperfect exactly as we are. Let's feel the fear of authenticity, and do it anyway.
